Staffing the sale with qualified, friendly, uniformed staff members including security at the door. Our friendly & knowledgeable staff answer technical questions, test electronics & electrical devices, take apart & load large items for customers. Our staff "works" the floor encouraging sales & monitors for safety & security.
Employing an entry number system & carefully limiting the number of customers in the home at any given time
Using a silent bid system to encourage the sale of higher priced or slow moving items
Providing bags & wrapping paper for purchases
We are bonded & insured and happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance. For multi unit buildings, we can add the building association as an Additionally Insured.
No cash upfront. Commission comes out of proceeds.
